IB 2026 will be utilizing the Roster function in the Got Sport system
Tournament staff will review your Got Sport event roster as well as the uploaded official team roster, guest player forms (if needed) and Waiver Verification forms for each team. Once your Got Sport event roster has been APPROVED, you will need to populate the Event Photo Roster and print enough for each of your scheduled games. This roster will NOT populate until tournament staff has approved it! Print 5 copies, one roster will be given to the referee prior to each tournament game.

Required for Check-In: (Note- we have migrated all registrations from Got Soccer to Got Sport)
- Create a Got Sport Roster for the 42nd Annual Ice Breaker event. Clone your team roster in Got Sport or build a new one if you do not already have a roster. PHOTOS AND JERSEY #'s ARE REQUIRED. Positions, ID numbers, etc are not required. Coaches will need to upload their own photos from their individual Got Sport account.
- Upload your Official Team Roster showing League/Association or you may upload a Tournament Photo Roster from UYSA. If you have club passed players the Tournament Photo Roster works best. Scroll down for examples of an official roster.
- Upload the signed Waiver Verification Form (click here for form & waiver link) List all verified participants on this form then sign stating you verified everyone signed the waiver. This form must be signed by team admin.

-Non-State Registered Players - have them register with your club as a Tournament Only player then add them to your Event Roster or they may complete the 2026 USSSA Player Registration (requires player’s proof of age).

ONLINE WAIVERS- All participants, players and coaches, must complete the online waiver (click here for the online waiver). You will need to verify this is complete for your team and upload the Waiver Verification form with the Check-in Documents. The easiest way to verify online waivers are complete is to ask your families and coaches to forward a copy of the confirmation email they receive when they complete the online waiver to the team admin to verify it is done. DO NOT UPLOAD INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS! We only need the verification form you will fill out and sign once you have verified that all of your players have completed the online waiver. No coach or player is allowed to participate without the online waiver completed.
IMPORTANT: If we find a player or coach who has not completed the online waiver but the verification form shows you have verified them as completing it, that player will be removed from your roster and ineligible to play. If more than one participant's waivers are found incomplete, your team will forfeit all tournament games and will NOT be refunded any tournament fees paid.

All guest players not rostered to your team must have a Specialty Player Action Form signed by the loaning club or coach. Club passed players from your own club will still need this form. IB does NOT have a limit on the number of guest players you add to your roster.

Unregistered guest players will need to register with your club as a Tournament Only player (contact your registrar for instructions) or they can fill out the USSSA Registration and may be manually added to your roster before it is submitted: USSSA Registration Documents to prove the player's age will be required and there is a small fee.
